Career path programs at SRP
Many of our employees started their careers as SRP interns or apprentices. Our diverse career path programs are designed to set you up for success by providing hands-on job experience that lets you learn as you earn.
|Many jobs at SRP support a hybrid work environment with two days a week in the office and remaining scheduled days worked from home.|
Student and graduate paths
SRP offers internships across the company that cover everything from engineering to marketing. Our interns come from associate programs, four-year colleges and even doctorate programs. We take applications year-round from students who are enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
