Arizona law requires SRP to have authorization from our customers to share account information with third parties, such as other utility companies or energy service providers. For your protection, we need to have your approval and agreement on file authorizing us to release your information to a third party.
A simpler and more convenient option is to submit your authorization online via your SRP online account which you can access here.
Another option is to download the form, fill it out and either mail, email or fax it to us.
