About the program
The majority of water we use every day in the Valley comes from rainfall and snowmelt across 8.3 million acres of forest in northern and eastern Arizona. To help ensure a resilient water supply, we must protect our forests from threats like catastrophic wildfires. The SRP Resilient Water and Forest Initiative supports efforts that help reduce wildfire risks in our watersheds.

Yes. Commercial customers are given a selection of ongoing projects to choose from that their money can support. Each project includes details such as location, estimated benefits, what towns/areas the project is helping, endangered species in the area and more.
