Change your bill due date
How it works
When signing up for your new bill due date, keep a few things in mind:
- The due date you select becomes the date your SRP payment is due.
- Your payment must be received by the due date to avoid late-payment fees.
- If you sign up for SRP SurePay™, your payment is processed on your chosen date.
- If your chosen date falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be due the next business day.
Combine Custom Due Date with SurePay to make managing your bills even easier.
Things to note
When signing up for your new bill due date, keep a few things in mind:
- The 29th, 30th and 31st days of each month are not available.
- You can change your custom due date one time per year.
