CSMP focus areas
The Contractor Safety Management Program focuses on three key steps.
Hire the right contractors
Before onboarding, we verify that contractors meet our safety standards and share our commitment to safety. We strive to only bring on contractors with strong safety practices and onboard them effectively.
Manage, communicate, and support
Once onboard, while they work with us, we help them assimilate into our safety culture and monitor their performance.
Evaluate & improve
