Report a power emergency

Call (602) 236-8811(602) 236-8811. Power emergencies include electric shock, fallen power lines, arcing, explosions or damage to SRP facilities.

In case of a medical emergency, call 911 first.

Check outage map and storm safety.

Report a streetlight outage

Call (602) 236-8888(602) 236-8888. Issues requiring attention include lights that are out or damaged, exposed wires and missing covers. Report a streetlight outage.

Report power theft

Power thieves tamper with connections and meters to avoid paying for electricity. This is illegal and dangerous.

Date and time you witnessed the event
Street address of the possible theft
Possible name of suspect(s)
