SRP Custom Business Solutions™
The SRP Custom Business Solutions program gives you the flexibility to make improvements unique to your facility and operations and get a rebate for doing so. If you can measure a project’s energy savings, chances are it qualifies.
This program also offers preliminary and technical assessments to identify projects in large facilities, data centers, non-HVAC pumping, and compressed air systems.

What types of projects qualify?
Because there is so much flexibility with this program, we can't provide an exhaustive list, but here are a few projects other customers have done.
- Chiller plant optimization, including adding variable-frequency drives to chillers
- Optimization of compressed air and pumping systems
- Upgrades of refrigeration compressors and condensers
- Existing energy management system (EMS) optimization
- Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) - LED Horticultural Lighting and Advanced HVACD Solutions
Both retrofit and new construction projects qualify. For a complete list of eligible expenses, limitations, exclusions and other program requirements, refer to the program manual.
The first step is coming up with your project.
If you've already got a project in mind or need help coming up with one, call us at (602) 236-3054(602) 236-3054 or email us at email@example.com. We'll help you review your idea or brainstorm outside-of-the-box ideas specific to your business.
Certain large businesses may qualify for an assessment that can help identify specific energy-saving measures.
How much is the rebate?
You must receive approval of your rebate application before initiating any project. New construction and end-of-useful-life replacement projects do not require preapproval, but customers proceed at risk of not qualifying for a rebate if they do not pursue preapproval.
You'll receive $0.08 per kilowatt-hour for the first year of electricity savings plus $300 per average peak kW saved, up to 75% of the incremental cost. Because each project is different, savings are determined on a per-project basis.
This requires that energy use be established before and after installation to verify project savings so you receive the full rebate. Projects will also be required to demonstrate energy savings during SRP’s afternoon summer peak period.
