    Tony Alvarado has been with SRP since 1990. He has extensive experience with SRP's corporate pricing, resource planning, customer service and more. He served as the project manager for complex, large-scale, new, substation construction projects in SRP's service territory.

    A native of Arizona, Tony earned his Bachelor of Science in finance from Arizona State University, Master of Business Administration in management from Western International University and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

    Chandra Mergan has been with SRP since 1994. She has extensive experience with SRP distribution operations, customer service and serves as the project manager for complex, large-scale, new substation construction projects.

    A native of Arizona, Chandra is an active community volunteer and supporter of Rotary International. She earned her Bachelor of Science in public relations from Northern Arizona University, Master of Science in management and leadership from Western Governors University and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

    Luz Johnson joined SRP in 2007 and has gained experience in mapping, drafting, design, and project management. She spent a decade designing large-scale multifaceted commercial, residential, and municipal projects.

    Luz received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Arizona State University and Associates in Architectural Drafting from Phoenix College. She is active in the community; volunteering and representing SRP at Chamber events.

    Hector earned a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and member of the Arizona Power Quality Association. He is also active in the community and has served on the boards of several organizations, including Local Initiatives Support Corporation, the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Dignity Health.

    Krysten Junker began her career with Salt River Project (SRP) in 2008. She has developed outstanding customer service expertise serving both residential and commercial clients. Known for delivering high-quality support and tailored solutions, Krysten consistently prioritizes client satisfaction and builds lasting relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northern Arizona University and actively gives back to her community through volunteer work with St. Mary's Food Bank, The Salvation Army, and The Ironman Foundation. In her free time, Krysten enjoys traveling, exploring both local destinations and international adventures.

    Kim Carpenter has been with SRP since 1998. She has extensive experience in SRP distribution operations, customer service, account management, and more.

    Kim received an Associate’s in Applied Science - Electric Power Technology from Bismark State College as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business from Western International University and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). She is an avid hiker and likes to volunteer for local animal rescue organizations and The Salvation Army.

    Michael Larance has been with SRP since 2022. He has extensive experience in customer service, distribution design, and reliability. He has worked in the utility industry for over ten years.

    Michael received his MBA from Grand Canyon University. He is a native to Arizona and actively volunteers his time to SRP and Natural Restorations clean up events around the state.

    Doug Gooch joined SRP in 2015, after 20 years in the electric power systems industry helping business owners harden their operational power quality and reliability.

    Doug received a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Arizona Power Quality Association (APQA), and Arizona Technology Council (ATC). He actively serves in his community coaching youth sports and other neighborhood organizations.
