Grace Green has been with SRP since 2022 and manages the Business Project Center, leading the team that supports commercial and industrial stakeholders with reliability solutions. She has experience in strategic energy management, partnering with key accounts to develop customer-focused solutions and long-term energy strategies.
An Arizona native, Grace serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association. She earned her degree from Northern Arizona University.
Nathan Bergh

Nathan Bergh has been with SRP since 2022. He has extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale capital construction projects, negotiating complex agreements, and standing up project management offices.
Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from North Dakota State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota. He is active in volunteering and outdoor sports of all kinds, and enjoys travelling and social activities with friends and family.

Doug Gooch joined SRP in 2015 and brings more than 30 years of experience in the utility and electric power industry. He leads complex customer-driven projects, supporting SRP's growing industrial and data center clients. Doug received a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He likes spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors and sports.

Julian Osorio joined SRP in 2006 and has held roles across the Residential Contact Center, Construction Contact Center, Meter Operations, and Strategic Energy Management.
Prior to SRP, he served in the U.S. Army, including a tour in Iraq, earning the Army Achievement Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, and other military honors. He is a Certified Energy Manager and Renewable Energy Professional and serves on the Arizona Retailers Association Board of Directors.
Julian holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.

Sarah Delacruz, an Arizona native, joined SRP in 2005 and has built a strong foundation in customer service, supporting both residential and commercial clients. She is passionate about creating positive customer experiences and fostering lasting relationships. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Interpersonal Communications and Human Relationships from Grand Canyon University. She is an active community volunteer and enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Luz Johnson joined SRP in 2007 and has gained experience in mapping, drafting, design, and project management. She spent a decade designing large-scale multifaceted commercial, residential, and municipal projects.
Luz received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Arizona State University and Associates in Architectural Drafting from Phoenix College. She is active in the community; volunteering and representing SRP at Chamber events.

Krysten Junker began her career with Salt River Project (SRP) in 2008. She has developed outstanding customer service expertise serving both residential and commercial clients. Known for delivering high-quality support and tailored solutions, Krysten consistently prioritizes client satisfaction and builds lasting relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northern Arizona University and actively gives back to her community through volunteer work with St. Mary's Food Bank, The Salvation Army, and The Ironman Foundation. In her free time, Krysten enjoys traveling, exploring both local destinations and international adventures.

Michael Larance has been with SRP since 2022. He has extensive experience in customer service, distribution design, and reliability. He has worked in the utility industry for over ten years.
Michael received his MBA from Grand Canyon University. He is a native to Arizona and actively volunteers his time to SRP and Natural Restorations clean up events around the state.

Ana began her career with Salt River Project in 2006 and brings broad experience across customer service, distribution operations, and key account support. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with customers, internal teams, and field operations to ensure reliable service, effective communication, and practical solutions.
Ana is known for her strong understanding of distribution processes and her commitment to building trusted customer relationships. She is also active in the community and regularly volunteers through SRP sponsored events that support local organizations and neighborhoods.

Hector Penunuri has been with SRP since 1997, with experience in customer services, energy management, operations and more.
Hector earned a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and member of the Arizona Power Quality Association. He is also active in the community and has served on the boards of several organizations, including Local Initiatives Support Corporation, the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Dignity Health.
