Official statements
SRP periodically issues electric system revenue bonds. In conjunction with each bond sale, SRP develops and issues an official statement, which sets forth information concerning SRP and its Revenue Bonds.
The official statements do not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy the bonds described in any jurisdiction to any person to whom it is unlawful to make such an offer. No dealer, salesman or any other person has been authorized to give any information or to make any representations, other than those contained herein, in connection with offering of the Bonds, and, if given or made, such information or representations must not be relied upon.

Bond disclosures
The public can view SRP bond disclosures on the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) website which is operated by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) .
The EMMA system is a comprehensive, centralized on-line source for free access to official statements, continuing disclosure submissions, advance refunding documents, and real-time trade price information on municipal securities.

Effective June 7, 2004 U.S. Bank is the trustee and paying agent for SRP Electric System Revenue Bonds. Contact U.S. Bank for instructions regarding:
- Registration changes (joint tenancy, trusts, custodianship of minor's account)
- Lost, mutilated or destroyed bonds
- Lost or non-receipt of interest payments
- Direct deposit of semi-annual interest payments
- Deceased bondholders
- Early redemption of minibonds
- Matured bonds
- Called bonds
