Canceling or modifying a water order on My Account

To make changes to a water order online using your SRP My Account follow the steps below.

Changes to water orders can be made up until the ordering deadline. If it is too late to cancel or modify an order, SRP recommends either making arrangements for someone else to take your water or arranging for several neighbors to share the excess water.


Go to the My Account logon page and log in.


In the "Order Water" section, click on "Place or modify order."


To cancel an order, select "Skip my next delivery" from the drop down menu to place a "0" water order.


To modify an order, select either:

  • "Last order" - This will replicate your previous delivery.
  • "Max allotment" - This will deliver this run's maximum allotment.
  • "Other" - This option allows you to enter a custom delivery amount.

Click "Submit order."


"Order placed" confirmation will display and SRP will send an email confirmation of your water change to the primary email address associated with the account.
