Keeping you safe during summer

We realize the Arizona heat can be extreme. SRP will not disconnect customers when the National Weather Service issues an Excessive Heat Warning. In addition, we do not disconnect power during holidays. SRP M-Power customers can find more information on heat moratoriums.

Requesting an advance

If you need financial assistance to make a purchase, you can request an advance. An advance is like a loan. It’s added to your account balance and paid back automatically over time. With each future energy purchase, 35% will go toward paying back the account advance. To see if you qualify, check the SRP M-Power mobile app or call us at (602) 236-8888(602) 236-8888

Requesting an advance through the SRP M-Power® app is easy. Here’s what to do: 

  • Log in and tap the menu icon in the top left corner. 
  • Tap "Request an Advance" from the drop-down options.
  • Review the Safety Statement and tap the "Submit Request" button.

Do you qualify for a monthly discount?

Energy can be a big expense, especially for a household on a tight budget. SRP M-Power customers with limited incomes may be eligible to receive a $23 monthly discount. The discount is applied on the 1st of each month. This benefit is available through our Economy Price Plan. 

If you meet the requirements, sign up now  or call SRP at (602) 236-8888(602) 236-8888. Customers who qualify will begin receiving the monthly discount immediately. 

Get financial help to cover your energy bill and more

We understand that cash can run thin at times. Emergencies arise, ends don’t meet. SRP’s customer service team is here for you 24/7, and they can connect you with a resource counselor who can help. 

Our resource counselors work closely with Community Action Agencies to provide financial help with utility costs and other critical needs. This can include things like food, medical care, clothing and shelter. Get more information on community action agencies near you.

A customer meeting income guidelines may qualify for the EPP.

If an SRP account has a medical designation, it is not eligible to be on the SRP M-Power program.
