Public process
A public hearing before the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee was held on June 27, 2022, at 1 p.m. and completed on June 28th.
A special public comment session was held in person and virtually on Monday, June 27, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. and as a courtesy on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 5:30 p.m.

At the hearing, the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee considered whether to issue a CEC, which is also subject to the ACC's approval.
