Placing a water order on My Account
To place a water order online using your SRP My Account follow the steps below.

Changes to water orders can be made up until the ordering deadline. If it is too late to cancel or modify an order, SRP recommends either making arrangements for someone else to take your water or arranging for several neighbors to share the excess water.
Go to the My Account logon page and log in.
In the "Order Water" section, click on "Place or modify order."
Place or modify order by making a selection from the drop down menu:
- Last order: Order same amount as last time.
- Max allotment: Order the maximum allotment.
- Skip my next delivery: Places a "0" order for the next delivery.
For recurring order customers, this is a one-time cancellation.
- Other: Place an order for a specific amount.
Click "Submit order."
"Order placed" confirmation will display and SRP will send an email confirmation of your order placed to the primary email address associated with the account.
