Stay in control with a demand management system rebate
For a limited time get a $250 rebate on your purchase and installation of a demand management system.
If you're a customer with a rooftop solar system enrolled in one of SRP's demand-based price plans, it's important to minimize your on-peak energy demand to help lower your electric bill. SRP's Customer Generation and Average Demand price plans both include a demand component to the monthly bill.
To make managing demand easier, SRP is offering a $250 rebate for the following demand management systems when purchased and installed by an SRP preferred solar installer:
- Inergy Smart Panel™ 3000
- Brayden Automation Energy Sentry® 9388A DMS
- Dencor 300C NEO
How it works
A demand management system is an innovative technology that lets you automate when major appliances run during on-peak hours to make sure they don't run at the same time. With a demand management system, you can:
- Monitor and control your home's electric load.
- Reduce peak demand costs and help reduce your electric bill.
- Optimize when your home uses energy.
- Add convenience with set-and-forget operation.
- Precool your home and enjoy comfort during Arizona summers.
Who is eligible for the $250 rebate
SRP residential electric customers installing a new rooftop solar system with an SRP preferred solar installer are eligible to participate. To receive the demand management system rebate, customers must submit a W-9 tax form. This rebate is limited to only one per household.
SRP preferred solar installers
SRP maintains a list of preferred solar installers that can assist you with the purchase and installation of your demand management system. These preferred contractors will submit required paperwork to SRP for rebate processing. Your rebate check will be mailed to you within six to eight weeks following turn-on of your rooftop solar system. Contact a preferred solar installer for more details.
