1. I've forgotten my password. How do I find out what it is?

You can have your password emailed to you by entering your e-mail address in the User ID box and clicking the "Send Me My Password" button. Your password will be sent to your SRP Outlook Inbox and to your personal email address, if you have specified it (see question 4 for information on how to specify a personal email address).

2. What if I don't have an email address?

Call Benefits at (602) 236-3600. A representative can assist you in having your User ID and/or password reset.

3. How do I specify my personal email address?

Once you have logged on to HR Online, click on the My Profile menu item, then click on Change your Personal Email Address. Then, enter your personal email address in the "Enter Your New Email" box and click the "Submit" button.

4. What do you use my personal email address for?

HR Online uses your personal email address only to send you your User ID or password, when you request them, and to send you confirmation when your User ID or password have been changed. Emails from HR Online will have "HR Online" in the Subject field and are sent from hrbenexp@srpnet.com.

5. How can I change my User ID?

Once you have logged on to HR Online, click on the My Profile menu item, then click on Change your User ID. Your User ID can be anything that you would like with the following limitations: It has to be 1-20 characters long, numbers and letters and most special characters (but not space, colon, semicolon, single or double quotes) and it can't already be in use by someone else.

6. How can I change my password?

Once you have logged on to HR Online, click on the My Profile menu item, then click on Change your Password. Your password can be anything that you would like with a few limitations: It has to be 6-20 characters long, numbers and letters and most special characters (but not space, colon, semicolon, single or double quotes). Case IS significant: PASSWORD is not the same as password or PassWord.
