To start or transfer your electric service

  1. Confirm you’re in our service territory.
  2. Call (602) 236-8888. We will need your social security number, new address and desired start date.

To stop your electric service

  1. Use our online form or

To change only your mailing address

Frequently asked questions

When can electric service be turned on?
Service turn-on is available in most situations Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A service establishment fee applies. Please ensure all electrical devices and appliances are turned off until your power is turned on.

Do I have to pay a deposit to begin electric service?
Deposits can be waived in many cases with a good credit rating from a consumer credit reporting agency. The deposit, if one is required, along with any unpaid interest you have earned, will be applied to your bill on the 19th month of continuous service if we have your Social Security number in our records and have received your payments by the due date each month.
