Susceptibility testing
SRP is one of the few utilities in the country to offer voltage sag testing services.
The results from these tests provide you with the knowledge necessary to bolster
your equipment and processes to prevent the devastating effects of voltage sag conditions.
Our experience has shown that retrofitting components for immunity to voltage
sags is very cost-effective. Through susceptibility testing, we can quickly identify the
weak-link components in your system and recommend economical solutions to suit your needs.
SRP's susceptibility testing service checks your manufacturing processes and equipment
in simulated production mode to assess how it responds to voltage sags. Based on our
findings, we recommend ways to help keep your operation up and running during power
fluctuations.

Demonstration of actual voltage sag ride-through improvement, using appropriate
replacement components

Testing of loads up to 480 volts, 3-phase, 100 amps continuous. Larger loads can
be tested if they can broken down into smaller sections.
- Voltage sag tested in 5% increments, ranging from 100% to 50% of nominal
- Test data acquisition up to 16 channels, a/d conversion with high-speed sampling
- Tests to methods specified in SEMI Standard F-42
