Pay your irrigation bill by credit card
You can pay your SRP irrigation bill online or over the phone with a Visa, Discover Card,
MasterCard or Diner's Club card, up to a maximum of $300. Payments are processed by an
outside accounts-receivable firm, NCO, which charges a $5.95 convenience fee for this
transaction. SRP does not collect any fees in connection with credit card payments.
This fee will be combined with the amount of your irrigation bill payment and
show up as one charge on your credit card statement.
Making a credit card payment online is simple. Just follow NCO's instructions.

To charge a current bill, call NCO toll free at (800) 742-1878 during the following hours (Eastern Standard Time):
- Monday - 8 a.m. to 12 midnight (EST)
- Tuesday through Friday – Assistance available 24 hours
- Saturday – 12 midnight to 3 p.m. (EST)
- Sunday - Closed
- Those with speech or hearing impairments can use NCO's TDD line, (800) 367-8939.
Please have your SRP irrigation account number, telephone number, credit card number and card expiration date. Your credit card will be verified over the phone before the charges are applied. You may also be asked for your irrigation service address, utility company name (use SRP-Water), and bill amount.
