SurePay by Credit Card is a free, convenient way to automatically pay your electric bill each month using your Visa® credit card. Please note, this option is only available to residential customers.

How it works
Your electric bill amount is automatically charged to your Visa card each month, ensuring that your bills are paid on time.- Your payments are charged to your Visa card no sooner than 10 days after your bill date.
- Each month, you will receive a statement showing the amount and cost of the electricity you used.
- There is no charge for this service.
- Only Visa cards are accepted at this time.
If you are enrolled in a Visa rewards or miles program, you'll earn rewards when you pay your electric bill with Visa. So you can earn more of what's important to you.
To take advantage of SurePay by Credit Card, you must be a residential electric customer on either the Basic (E-23) or Time-of-Use (E-26) price plan. You must have a valid Visa credit card.
Sign up by phone today by calling (602) 236-2111. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to help you Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please have your Visa card available when calling.
Once your enrollment is processed, you will see "Thank you for enrolling in SRP's SurePay by Credit Card program. This bill is for your records only. Do not pay." on an upcoming bill. These messages let you know that you are now an active participant on the SurePay program and that you will not need to send a payment for the amount due.
*Covers U.S. issued cards only. Visa's Zero Liability policy does not apply to commercial card or ATM transactions, or to PIN transactions not processed by Visa. **Rewards points and/or miles are dependent upon your VISA program. Please check with your card-issuing bank to confirm eligibility. SRP account must be more than seven days old. Your VISA account must have a United States billing address.
