How it works

• Authorize your financial institution to pay the amount of your monthly electric bill directly from your checking or savings account.
• Your bill amount will be deducted no sooner than 10 days after your bill date.
• Each month, you will receive a statement showing the amount and cost of the electricity you used.

• Enroll using the secure online authorization form.
• You can also enroll by printing a residential or business authorization form and faxing or mailing it back.
• If you prefer, you can call an SRP representative to assist you. Residential customers call (602) 236-8888; business customers call (602) 236-8833.
