Career advancement
We encourage our employees to develop their careers by continuing their education and learning new skills, therefore SRP is pleased to offer:
- Career services: SRP offers employees career development information and counseling.
- Tuition assistance: Full-time employees are eligible for tuition assistance for approved undergraduate and graduate coursework at accredited schools. In addition, Western International University offers evening courses at one of the SRP buildings.
- Seminars and workshops: Employees are encouraged to attend professional development seminars and workshops to enhance their skills.
- Training programs: In-house courses are offered that range from topics such as understanding basic electricity to personal computer skills to leadership skills.
