Linda
Suffidy
For most of her life, Linda Suffidy has pursued paths that include some form of art.
She studied painting in Vancouver, Canada and worked in graphic design. Today, she applies screen-printing and design principles to apparel design.
"I find inspiration from many places," she says. "Doing a recycled fridge for SRP is a wonderful way to reinforce the concept of reusing materials already at hand."
Lately, she's been inspired by the graphic work of Charley Harper, whose work for the National Park Service is known internationally. Her love of the outdoors and preservation of the world's natural beauty is shared with her parents.
Linda has recently made creating her own fine art a priority. She describes art as "something to be savored on a daily basis."
