SRP EarthWise Solar Energy for business customers
EarthWise Solar Energy is a program designed to help reduce the cost of installing a new solar electric or solar water heating system for your business. SRP EarthWise represents our environmental commitment to Arizona by offering programs that support clean energy.
SRP EarthWise Solar Energy is also available to residential customers.
Option 1
Install a new solar electric system - under 10kW
When you install a solar electric system, SRP will help defray your cost with a payment of $3
per watt, up to a 10 kW (kilowatt) system. Here's an example of the costs and incentives
associated with the installation of a system:

Option 2
Install a new solar electric system - over 10kW
When you install a large solar electric system, SRP will help defray your cost with a payment of
approximately $2.50/watt, up to $500,000 per system. The incentive is adjusted based on the expected
energy generation and verified during a 30-day performance test. Due to the size of the systems and
interconnection requirements, a more detailed application process is required. Here's an example of the
costs and incentives associated with the installation of a solar electric system:

Option 3
Install a new solar water heater
SRP commercial customers who install a solar water heating system qualify for a payment of $0.50/installed
kWh (kilowatt hour) of energy savings (based on the SRCC OG-300 rating - please visit
www.solar-rating.org for more information about the
rating). Here's an example of the costs and incentives associated with the installation of a solar water
