SRP PowerWise Retrocommissioning Solutions rebate

The SRP PowerWise™ Retrocommissioning Solutions rebate program is designed to help customers identify low-cost opportunities to improve the efficiency of existing major mechanical and electrical systems, while reducing energy costs without adversely affecting the facility or system operations.

Program specifics

  • Up to $50,000 per approved retrocommissioning project
  • Maximum of $200,000 payout per program year
  • Total program-year rebate cap of $300,000 for participation in all SRP rebate programs
  • Program year is from May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011
  • Commercial buildings with 75,000 square feet or more of conditioned floor area
  • Must be in SRP service territory
  • Facility owner and O&M staff must express a commitment to be actively involved

Additional details

  • Retrocommissioning rebates are not eligible for prior customer-funded activities or without necessary pre-approvals
  • Program application must be reviewed and accepted by SRP to participate
  • SRP reserves the right to determine at their sole discretion the program year to which a rebate is attributed

    • Provide building documentation and support SRP's information collection process
    • Implement programming the data acquisition, trending and retrieval of relevant building systems, equipment, set points and operation as requested by the QSP
  4. Implementation
  5. Verification Phase
    • Support SRP's verification process
