  • Flexibility and customization (measures based on your unique systems and facilities)
  • Less air loss and increased productivity
  • Improved control of industrial processes
  • Lower electric bills
  • Lower energy use
  • Cash rebates for both assessment and retrofit

Assessment rebates

When you apply for an assessment, an SRP-approved service provider will monitor and audit your compressed air system and deliver a technical assessment report on leaks, air end uses, waste, potential energy savings, and recommended measures.

Address 50% of the identified air leaks and SRP will fund 50% of the technical assessment cost up to $10,000. And you then become eligible to receive rebates for equipment upgrades.

Program requirements

This program is available for existing systems only. All technical assessments and measures to be implemented require pre-approval from SRP. You may make repairs yourself, use your preferred contractor, or use the service provider who conducted the assessment (repair costs themselves are not eligible for rebates).

After installation you must commission the new equipment and submit a commissioning report to receive the full amount of your rebate. Rebates are based on verified repairs and reductions in energy use.
