Reporting a street light outage
Security lighting is important, whether it's in a public street or your neighborhood street.
If you spot a street light that is out, on all the time, or cycling on and off, complete our
online form to let us know or call (602) 236-0777, Monday - Friday,
7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On average, lights are repaired within 10 working days. In some special cases, repairs
can take up to 30 days.
When to call us
Please call us at (602) 236-0777 to:
- report a light that has fallen over
- report exposed wires at a light
- request a light installation on private property
To have a new street light installed, please contact your municipality street lighting department.
