Gary Thomas offers 20 years of varied customer service experience at SRP.

Since joining SRP in 1984, Gary has participated in a number of wide-ranging programs and initiatives for both residential and commercial customer segments. He's adept at handling new construction, modification and maintenance issues, and also has the skill and experience to successfully deal with billing, outage and service delivery concerns.

Gary's background ensures a broad knowledge of SRP products and services. He can leverage many resources when it comes to addressing your needs as an SRP commercial customer.

As an Arizona native, Gary has experienced the growth and development of metropolitan Phoenix as SRP evolved into one of the top public utilities in the nation. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business from Western International University and has been a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) for five years.
