Netoya Evans brings more than 10 years of varied customer service experience to her work as an SRP Business Account Manager. Her commitment to provide quality customer service makes her a valuable resource for SRP commercial customers.

Since joining SRP in 1999, Netoya has worked with both residential and commercial customers. Her broad fluency with SRP products and services allows her to resolve customer requests and concerns effectively. Netoya is adept at handling new commercial installations and modifications, energy products and programs, outages and service delivery issues, as well as customer billing concerns. With this span of knowledge she is able to address the varying needs of commercial customers. Netoya has a cross-functional team of SRP service professionals to help ensure quality and total customer satisfaction while improving your bottom line.

A native of Arizona, Netoya earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western International University.
