Trena Brown has been an SRP employee since 2000 and brings a strong background of customer service experience to her position as a Business Account Manager.

Trena's expertise in customer billing, and knowledge of SRP's products and services make her a strong, reliable single point of contact for your business. The broad network of contacts she has built throughout SRP, along with her friendliness and dedication to her customers, make Trena a great resource for your company. Trena is also fluent in Spanish, and serves many Spanish speaking customers who are in the Account Management program.

Trena holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business from Western International University and graduated Cum Laude. In addition, she is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and looks forward to working with you to develop a customized energy strategy for your company.
