James Barron brings a strong customer service focus to his work as an SRP business account manager. He has more than 10 years' experience in the customer service field.

James is knowledgeable in new commercial installations and modifications, energy products and programs, and outages and service delivery issues. This breadth of knowledge means James is available to address the varying needs of large electric customers. He is supported by a cross-functional team of SRP service professionals to help ensure total customer satisfaction.

A native of Arizona, James received his Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business from Arizona State University.
