Problem: When I click on the speakers in the panoramic windows, I
don't hear the narration.
Solution: Go to the control bar on the panoramic window and turn
down the sound. Wait a couple of moments and then click on the speaker icon.
Problem: I open up the panoramic window and it does not move.
Solution: Put the cursor in the middle of the picture, then click and
hold the left mouse button. While the button is depressed, move the mouse up and down
and side to side.
Problem: The games do not work.
Solution: You must have Macromedia's Flash 5™ installed.
The games do not work with Flash 4.
Problem: I get an error message saying that I'm running low on memory.
Solution: Empty the cache on your browser. Find out
how to clear your cache.
Problem: I click on the panoramic windows, but I do not see see anything.
Solution: Either you have QuickTime™ installed but it isn't
configured correctly for your browser, or you do not have QuickTime installed. Find out how to
get QuickTime.
