The following documents present the arguments of SRP Management on the various points raised in the three applications for rehearing of the SRP Board's Decisions of Dec. 7, 1998.
Incorporated by reference in this response are management's position letters, dated July 23, 1998 and Oct. 30, 1998, which were previously submitted to this Committee.
Management's response to each of the rehearing requests filed by the three applicants (the Attorney General, Tucson Electric Power, and the Arizona Consumers Council) are included below.
