How it works

First, we total your annual energy costs for the previous year and divide them by 12. The result is the amount you'll be billed.

Next, choose a date for your electric bill to be due -- a date that's convenient for you.

Last, your payment will be automatically withdrawn from the bank account you specify. No more checks, no more stamps, no more online payments to schedule, and a little more free time.

That's all there is to it.

*Your account must be paid up-to-date to enroll. This program is subject to change. Monthly payment amounts are based on your enrollment date and changes in usage and prices during the year. Payment estimate based on usage from September 2007 through August 2008 and current prices. The 1% discount will be applied before adding sales tax and applies to SRP energy and services supplied under the Basic and Time-of-Use price plans. The discount does not apply to any penalties, fees, credits, premiums, or to energy or services supplied by an alternate energy provider. Monthly payment amounts are based on your enrollment date and changes in usage and price plans during the year. SRP calculates your monthly payment by averaging your bills for the last 12 months and adjusts for any changes in usage and pricing. In most cases this will reflect a lower monthly summer payment. We will review your account periodically for any significant changes in usage and prices, and if necessary, make adjustments to your payment amount. Your account must be paid up-to-date to enroll in MPP. Your enrollment in MPP will be cancelled if you miss two consecutive payments. This program is subject to change.
