The electronic meeting facility is located in SRP's Information Systems Building (ISB) at 1600 N.
Priest Drive in Tempe (Between Van Buren and Washington streets near 64th Street).

Our facility can accommodate groups up to 15 people.
Meeting facilitators
A professional technographer/facilitator will help you plan and execute your meeting.
SRP's facilitators are specialists who can be assigned based upon the specific needs
of the group requesting support. SRP will match its expertise with the needs of your
group and desired outcomes of your meetings.
Fee schedule
Below is a list of our regular fees.
- Half day (up to 4 hrs.): $500
- Full day (5-8 hrs.): $1000
Non-profit organizations can request a waiver of fees through
SRP's Corporate Contributions Program.
Confirmation of charges will be included in the meeting proposal.
What does the fee include?
- pre-meeting planning and agenda preparation
- a technographer/facilitator for the meeting itself
- use of the facility, equipment, software, parking, etc.
- written outcomes from the meeting
- Services can be tailored to the special needs of your meeting and fees can be
adjusted depending upon the tailored services provided.
