Electric system revenue bonds, official statement
SRP periodically issues electric system revenue bonds. In conjunction with each bond sale, SRP
develops and issues an official statement, which sets forth information concerning SRP and its
Revenue Bonds.
The official statements do not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to
buy the bonds described in any jurisdiction to any person to whom it is unlawful to make such an
offer. No dealer, salesman or any other person has been authorized to give any information or to
make any representations, other than those contained herein, in connection with offering of the
