SRP's Board and Council members are dedicated to meeting the changing water and power needs of the Salt River Valley.

Boards

There is one Board for the Association and one Board for the District. The two Boards work with management to establish policies to further the business affairs of SRP. Most often, candidates seek election to both Boards.

Association Board

The 10 Association Board members serve staggered four-year terms and are elected from voting districts by landowners within the Association's boundaries.

The Association Board members are:

  • District 4: Leslie C. Williams
  • District 5: Stephen H. Williams
  • District 6: Ken Clark
  • District 7: Thomas Galvin

District Board

The 14 District Board members serve staggered four-year terms. Ten District Board members are elected from voting divisions and four are elected at-large by landowners within the District's boundaries. The District is SRP's public utility and a political subdivision of Arizona.

The District Board members are:

  • Division 5: Stephen H. Williams

Councils

The two Councils of SRP enact and amend bylaws relating to the governing bodies of SRP and also serve as liaisons to landowners. As with the SRP Boards, there is one Council for the Association and one Council for the District. Most often, candidates seek election to both Councils.

The 30 Association Council members are elected to staggered four-year terms from the 10 districts within the Association.
